This concerns whether the previously obtained diploma is of the same level of qualification (Associate Degree or Bachelor’s) as the programme you are currently enrolling in. DUO (Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs) is an agency set up by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science. It is responsible for granting study finance allowances and loans, among other things.
